7-day money-back guarantee

If Life in the UK Ready isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full. You don't have to give a reason.

How to ask

Reply to your purchase receipt, or use the "request a refund" option in the order portal linked from your receipt. Refunds are issued by our payment partner to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
