Bridges and landmarks for MSFS, placed where they really stand.

One pack per city for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. Built from OpenStreetMap survey data and lit for night flying.

Pittsburgh has 446 bridges.

That is why they call it the City of Bridges. Outside the sim’s handcrafted hotspots, bridges like these are built from generic parts, and the skyline you know from the window seat goes missing. Cities like this are where a scenery pack earns its place.

How a pack is built

  1. Survey

Every structure’s position, length and height comes from OpenStreetMap, the open map its contributors survey on the ground.

  2. Deck and piers

The deck follows the surveyed line at its real height above the river or road, with the approach piers where they stand.

  3. Towers

Towers, arches and trusses are built to the structure type on record: suspension, cable-stayed, arch or truss.

  4. Cables

Main cables and hangers are generated to the span, so the silhouette reads right from a mile out on approach.

  5. Night lights

Deck lamps and red tower beacons go on last, for the dusk approach and the night circuit over the river.

Exclusion zones clear the generic buildings underneath, so nothing doubles up or clips.
Frame rate
Every model has levels of detail, so the city stays smooth at low altitude.
